Crossover
Sundays at both 9:15 and 10:45 a.m. hours.
Grades 5-6 meet downstairs in the Crossover room (north end KOG Center).

Crossover Program
Children in Grades 5-6 are in the Crossover Program at KOG. They are crossing over from primary Sunday School and preparing to enter confirmation when they are in Grade 7. This year is a study of the Old Testament and includes learning some Hebrew, participating in Jewish festivals and attending a synagogue. The overall goal is for the child to see God's hand in history as well as God's hand being active in their lives.

Classes consist of:

• Rotation of skits, games and crafts, all of which point to the day's lesson
• Prayer table/journal
• Videos and music
• Snack and fellowship
• Benediction with student leader wearing the stole for the church season

Crossover Visit to Synagogue
April 4, meet at 6:15 p.m. in the parking lot at the Synagogue.
Crossover students, parents, and friends are invited to join us as we worship and enjoy fellowship at Temple Emanuel, 5801 S. Rural (east side of Rural and Guadalupe). Contact Beth Furgason with questions.

Parents Night Out
April 25 from 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Bring your kids (ages 2 years to 6th grade) for a night full of games, crafts, and food, all while you have a night out. Sign up by April 20 so we can plan numbers. This event is sponsored by the high school youth who are going on the Mission Trip this summer. It is an opportunity for you to support them on their mission trip. Cost is $7.00 per child. $21.00 maximum per family. Contact Kari Williamson at 480.838.0477 with questions.

Beach Camp Information
Junior High Week is July 13 - 18, 2008
Cost is $500 (which includes transportation to beach camp and camp registration fees). $100.00 is non-refundable deposit is due on February 24. Do not miss this opportunity. Scholarship assistance is available. Contact Kari Williamson and Beth Furgason.
