Your computer won't play the audio file?
For the audio programs to play, you must have Windows Media player or Real Audio Player as your computer's default audio player. (As an example, many AOL users have the AOL media player as their default which will not play these streaming audio files.)

Try one of these two actions:
1) If you do not already have Windows Media Player on your computer, download from Microsoft by clicking

Be sure and select Windows Media Player as your default player during the install process.

2) If you are able to determine that your computer does have Windows Media Player installed, follow these instructions to have it made the default for playing audio:

a) Launch Windows Media Player
b) Click Tools, and then click Options
c) On the Formats tab, under Available File Formats, click Select All to select all of the file formats listed (or you can click to select each individual check box).
d) Click Apply, and then click OK.
