Classes Offered Fall 2008

Preschool Registration
Registration for all begins Monday, March 3, and will continue until classes are full. Register early to get the class you need!
Observation visits are welcomed and encouraged. The best time for observations is earlier in the morning or afternoon (9:15-10:15 a.m., or 12:30-1:30 p.m.). Please check in at the preschool office when you arrive and we will direct you to a classroom. Call 480.838.0477 for more information or contact Claudia.

• A non-refundable registration fee of $70.00 is due at the time of registration. This includes a free KOG Preschool T-Shirt while supplies last. If you are enrolling more than one child, there is a 10% discount for the second child for registration and tuition.
• Proof of immunizations must accompany all new registrations. An official copy of the current immunization records must bear the stamp or letterhead of the immunizing physician/clinic. Your doctor's office can fax this information to us at 480.820.4127.
• For registration completion, Blue Emergency Cards and immunization history must be on file.
• All preschool children are required to have the Hepatitis A immunizations and the Chicken Pox vaccine for school entry in September.
• Parent Agreement is completed and on file.

• Providing an environment rich in age appropriate material and safe for exploration.
• Maintaining a staff of nurturing teachers who smile, sing, hug and come to you with the heart of a mother.
• Supporting the development of the whole child, including the spiritual life of the child and his/her household.

Lunch Bunch
Tuesdays and Wednesdays
11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
An extended lunch program is offered to children ages 3 to 5 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 11:30 to 1:00 p.m. Children can bring their own lunches, have a free playtime (indoor and outdoor) and have a storytime. The children will be supervised by two adults. Sign-up for this will be on a daily basis in the Preschool Office. Fees for the program are $5 per day. A child enrolled in an afternoon class may participate from 11:30-12:15 for $3 per day.

Summer Kid's Camp Registrations Underway
Tuesdays and Thursdays in June, Two 2-week sessions
Tuesday and Thursday mornings (9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.) or
Tuesday and Thursday afternoons (12:15 p.m. - 2:45 p.m.)
Your preschoolers will thank you for enrolling them in this program! Hours of fun-filled learning adventures lie ahead! Fees are $50.00 per two-week session or $95.00 for both sessions. Class size is limited to 16 children, so register now to secure your spot. Kids Camp is for children 3 - 5 years old. For more information, contact Claudia Varga, Director, at 480.838.0477.

Parent Involvement
Parents are given the opportunity to learn more about the young child and his/her needs by becoming active participants with the preschool. They will be asked to work in their child's classroom throughout the school year.
