Youth Music Camp
for grades 2-8
What is it?
2023, June 12-16 | 8am-2:30pm
The KOG Summer Music Camp will give children entering grade 2 through 8 the opportunity to grow in faith through music.
Each day we:
- Sing, rehearse, and stage music for a musical theatre production
- Learn Bible lessons as they relate to the musical and our lives
- Create arts and crafts related to the musical
- Learn about musical instruments and reading music
- Enjoy lunch and games
- Concluding program that Friday to perform for parents, friends and the KOG community.
- Registration fee TBD, but approx $70 for 2023 (scholarships are available)
Our 2022 Musical Drama
IN THE IMAGE features a group of children who have just experienced the story of The Creation. And now they’re starting to wonder what it really means to be created in the image of God. Through humorous, earnest exploration, the children discover that being created in the image of God isn’t about physical appearance. It’s about creativity, faithfulness, responsibility, community, and the ability to find the good in things.
